Preventative Maintenance

Advantech technicians follow a 30+ point inspection list of all the apparatus to make sure everything is operational on your vehicle.

Lighting Upgrades

Older vehicles have incandescent lighting. By upgrading service vehicles to LED, we give crews more visibility when on-scene. We also provide emergency lighting and scene lighting.

Pump Test

Pump tests are required by NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) to make sure the fire apparatus are meeting maximum criteria. Our technicians will push the pumps beyond the require limit to make sure there are no failures in each truck.

Mobile/In-House Services

We can provide 24-hour remote service and pump testing at our customer’s location with our preventive maintenance trailer. All service and testing can be performed at our facility in Midvale, Ohio.

Refurbishment

Advantech repairs old trucks or ambulances to bring them up to current safety and road standards.

Pump Rebuilds

Advantech will dissemble pumps if they do not meet capacity standards. We will rebuild impellers, seals, and bearings to make it pump at capacity again.
